Shipping policy
How long does it take to receive my item?
Once an order has been placed, it joins a list of other orders that are currently open. Processing times may vary but is generally between 2-3 weeks. If the order is substantially large (we consider large orders over £100.00), the processing time may take slightly longer. If this is the case, we will notify you by email. Once an order is ready to be shipped, you will be notified by email.
How are my items sent?
The default postage method is 2nd class, with the option to upgrade at checkout. Orders that qualify for free shipping are sent 2nd class. If tracking is selected, a tracking code is provided to you once your item has been dispatched, by email.
Royal Mail states that a 1st class item can take 1 - 3 days to arrive, and 2nd Class items can take 3 - 5 days, however in rare instances, they can take as long as 10 working days. If, after 10 working days after the expected date of delivery your item has not arrived, please contact us so we can conduct an investigation with Royal Mail to find out where your order is.

****Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct address for delivery, at the time of ordering as changes to an address cannot be made once an order has been placed. If you provide an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for items not received****
I need my order quicker than your turnaround times, is this possible?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a rush processing service. This is due to the volume of orders we receive, managing health conditions and to ensure we remain fair to other customers who have placed their orders and that we are able to process those orders in time. Please allow plenty of time when ordering, for when you need the order for.
